Sous Vide Rib Hotdogs

In August last year we teamed up with a foodie company called Cranble who are based in London. The team writes and film recipes, posting on their YouTube channel as well as their main website.

The team at Cranble love food; just like us here at Clifton at Home, so therefore we thought it would be the perfect fit to work together to develop some sous vide videos which showcase the features of our British manufactured water bath.

Cranble’s website features a range of videos, from cakes and puddings to seasonal recipes all the way to Michelin starred restaurant quality food. Take a look at their recipe page.

It features Masterchef 2016 Finalist, Matt Healy who demonstrates how to use the water bath to cook pork ribs which is then transformed into mouth-watering hot dogs.
